10. The return of Demogorgon

I saw myself again in the mansion of my uncle. 'Woah, I'm back at the same place,' I said, surprisingly. But, soon, this excitement turned into a horror when a giant troll appeared in front of me and was searching for something to eat, starving. 'This is not the right place, freak,' I thought.

The troll made me more furious when it went near the box, which was arranged by my father and uncles when the demogorgon first appeared. The freak opened and made all the sticks and round pieces fall from the box. I saw all of that in fear, I knew now that the giant demogorgon would return now.

The freaking hungry troll disappeared in the blink of an eye. Turns out the sticks, and the round pieces have a certain number and mechanism to be placed as they were done before. 'I can do this, no problem,' I said to myself. I began rearranging all the pieces in the box, recalling how it was set before. But, the whole mansion shook. There were screams of many people from outside. I couldn't search for my family members. I turned on the T.V., the news was on a livestream where the journalist had many problems reporting and showing the whole scenario of OUR town. A huge slimy creature, the demogorgon with the size of a 'mindflayer' appeared and stomped the grounds of our town. It came out of the dark forest nearby. I was shaking in fear. I tried to arrange the pieces, but my hands were trembling. My mecahnism was going wrong. I took deep breaths and re- arranged all the pieces, 'is it too late? No, I can do this.' There was another shaking, which caused all the pieces to fall down again. I was terrified now. The massive demogorgon entered into our town and started destroying the buildings. It was many times huge than all the tallest buildings we had in the town. I remembered my father had said previously that its comeback would be highly threatening. It's one step further shook the whole town, like it was unstoppable. A little bit of courage and a better grip of all the pieces could stop the demogorgon. I held the box tightly, and soon, my sister came in. She told me that she could help me in arranging the pieces, as our father and uncles were out of town, leaving our mother and aunts with us. 'Perhaps, I didn't know that as I would be disappearing into reality often, poor them,' I thought. I showed her how the arrangement is done. Together, we got a firm grip of the oddly designed hexagon box and set up everything together. After a while, as the arrangement was done, we looked out of the town halfway destroyed and the vanishing of the huge creature in a couple of seconds. I took a sigh of relief and gently covered the box and kept it on a high rack of a shelf to leave it unbothered.
